My career began in Dubai, where I spent over a decade immersed in the world of high-end boutiques and multi-brand environments — developing a deep understanding of luxury client behavior, product curation, and retail performance.
This early international exposure shaped my approach to retail — one where commercial strategy, refined service, and personal client relationships are equally essential.
I later continued my career in Toronto, working within leading luxury environments including The Room, David Yurman, and Tiffany & Co. There, I led boutique teams, curated private client experiences, and developed exclusive in-store initiatives designed to strengthen VIP relationships and elevate performance.
My journey then brought me to Montreal, where I held a director-level role with Saint Laurent — further refining my leadership approach and expertise in luxury client engagement and team development.
Across every market and role, one principle remained constant: exceptional luxury is built not only on product, but on people, relationships, and a deeply refined experience.
These foundations led to the creation of Maison M.K — a luxury retail and client experience advisory dedicated to elevating performance, strengthening client relationships, and cultivating high-performing teams.
